MOTUS CLIPS

DIGITAL CONTENT, SUBSCRIPTION & LICENSING TERMS

Motus Clips is a digital media service operated by DanSam Media LLC. By accessing the Motus Clips website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any digital material from the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS

Due to the immediate-access and downloadable nature of digital content, all purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of a Motus Clips subscription. Administrative cancellation requests may require 7–10 business days to process. Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for subscription fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.

3. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

The images, video clips, graphics, and other digital media made available through Motus Clips are owned by or licensed to DanSam Media LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a subscription or downloading content does not transfer copyright or ownership to the customer.

4. LICENSE TO USE DOWNLOADED CONTENT

Motus Clips grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use properly downloaded material in the customer's own creative projects, including videos, social-media content, websites, advertisements, and commercial or personal creative projects.

5. RESALE AND REDISTRIBUTION PROHIBITED

Customers may not sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, transfer, or make Motus Clips source material available to another person or entity as standalone digital content. This includes reselling, uploading to other marketplaces, sharing files, offering through file-sharing services, and claiming ownership of Motus Clips material.

6. ACCOUNT SHARING AND MASS DOWNLOADING

A subscription is intended for the authorized subscriber and may not be shared. Customers may not use bots, scripts, or automated downloading systems to circumvent download limits. Violations may result in account termination.

7. SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT CONVEY OWNERSHIP

Subscription fees purchase access and licensing rights, not ownership of content. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by DanSam Media LLC.

8. TERMINATION FOR VIOLATIONS

Motus Clips reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, infringement of intellectual-property rights, fraudulent activity, or redistribution of protected material.

9. COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution of protected Motus Clips content may constitute copyright infringement. DanSam Media LLC reserves all rights and remedies under applicable law.

10. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

A license to use Motus Clips content does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, logos, music, or recognizable individuals that may appear within content. Customers are responsible for determining whether additional permissions are required.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading digital material from Motus Clips, you acknowledge that you are receiving a license to use the material and are not purchasing ownership of the underlying copyright. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase a subscription or download content.
